Description
Trish has over 20 years of experience in neurophysiology and rehabilitation. Trish is both a certified clinical Pilates instructor and a restorative yoga instructor which gives her a unique, customized approach to acute and chronic pain. Patients dealing with chronic back pain, pre-/post-natal rehab and pre-/post-operative rehabilitation makes up a large portion of Trish’s physiotherapy practice. A central component to Trish’s clinical Pilates and physiotherapy approach is body-centred movement therapy which teaches awareness through movement and focuses on breathing and relaxation.
