Description

I am quite passionate about sport, movement, and healthy-active living. I believe that movement, nutrition, and exercise are all important components of a happy and healthy lifestyle, and a career in physiotherapy has been a fantastic way to share those passions with others, helping them get back to living full and active lives on their own terms.

When I’m not at the clinic, you might find me eating some wings, watching Leaf games, and keeping active as often as I can. Most importantly, I cherish any time that I get to spend with my family and friends.
