Get hands-on, active, and empowering care with you at the centre. We're a team of experienced physiotherapists and dietitians dedicated to helping guide you along your recovery path. Our main focus is to better understand you as a human, so we can best identify the probable cause(s) of your pain and create a recovery program utilizing your likes, goals, and life plans. We offer a variety of services in addition to physiotherapy, including pelvic floor therapy, concussion rehab, chronic pain recovery, bike fitting, vestibular therapy, IMS/dry needling, TeleHealth, and Nutritional Counselling :)
