Sam graduated from the bilingual program at the University of Ottawa with a Masters of Health Science in Physiotherapy, and previously from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education. Her treatment approach includes manual therapy, Functional Dry Needling, and soft tissue techniques, reinforced with exercise tailored to your specific goals, and emphasizes proper technique and functional movements. Away from Depth, Sam enjoys progressing her functional fitness, travelling, cooking, and hanging out with her giant dog.
