Heather has practiced physiotherapy for over 7 years. She believes that empowering people to understand and optimize their movement and posture allows them to function to the best of their ability. Heather is experienced in treating a wide range of Orthopedic (athletic/general) dysfunctions. She is certified in Dry Needling and is also trained to provide Clinical Pilates & Real Time Ultrasound Heather is passionate in treating pelvic health dysfunctions, ranging from pre/post-natal recovery, pelvic pain and post-prostatectomy. She is certified with advanced pelvic health training.
