Nas has the education and skills necessary to treat a wide variety of complex conditions and injuries. She uses a combination of education (because knowledge is power!), manual therapy, customized exercise programming, and acupuncture to help her clients reach their therapeutic goals. Her goals as a practitioner are to provide each individual with the knowledge and skills needed to feel better, move better, and return to their favourite activities!
