Erin grew up in Lethbridge, Alberta where she competed as a national stream gymnast and then as part of the varsity track and field team at the University of Lethbridge. There she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. Since graduating in 2009, Erin has completed additional training in acupuncture, dry needling (Gunn IMS), manual therapy, spinal manipulation and hip rehabilitation.
