Description
Candice is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, Certified Fitness trainer specializing in Remedial and Corrective Exercise. Initially, she tended to her fellow gym student's injuries ring-side, or on the MMA mats. Through many case studies to improve flexibility, endurance, and joint stability, the Sam Lumpini gym mini-clinic was born in 2011. As a 4th-level Krav Maga student at the Sam Lumpini gym - Candice is well acquainted with first-hand experiences of training mishaps and how to deal with them using self-care at home protocols.

Candice is amazing! She's very professional, competent and knowledgeable. I noticed the improvement on my broken rib right away and she was able to improve a chronic old injury in my ankle. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.
