A graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, Belinda is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a registered member of OSTCAN/Ontario Osteopathic Association. Classical osteopathy is a drug-free, non-invasive manual therapy that focuses on the body and the individual as a whole. Treatment aims to remove soft/hard tissue restrictions, allowing for improved function of nervous, arterial, venous, and lymphatic systems. Restoring functional movement enables the body to self-heal and self-regulate to the best of its ability.

Osteopathic manual practitioners are thoroughly trained in anatomy, physiology, osteopathic assessment, theory and practice, and functional mechanics. We provide a non-invasive, full-body assessment and treatment that seeks to identify and remove mechanical dysfunction through manual therapy, allowing the body to restore its self-healing and self-regulating abilities.
