Description
Lauren earned her Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2017. Prior to this accomplishment, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors Specialization in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario in 2008. Lauren’s fascination for the human body stems from her extensive career competing and working as a dance teacher. Understanding the movement capabilities of the body while layering it with a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology helps to give a biomechanical edge to her treatments.

In-person visit
Lauren is an experienced osteopath who truly cares about her clients. She reviews your medical history and discusses any changes prior to treatment starting. Her gentle but effective movements have helped me with my TMD and migraines especially. I book and pay at the front desk at One Wellness Group, very efficient. Lauren explains her procedures, asks about the pressure/comfort level and has a comfortable room with background music.
