Originally from Vancouver, Dr. Chou graduated with Honours from Queen’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry (2008) before getting his Master’s degree (2010) and authoring two research articles. He then continued to obtain his Doctors of Optometry degree from Pacific University (2016). Dr. Chou has been examining patient since, including internships in Denver, Colorado and Oregon.
