Rachel graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2017. Rachel is trained in traditional Swedish massage, using various techniques to relieve trigger point pain, muscle tension, and bring relaxation during your treatment while helping her patients reach their treatment goals. She ensures that each treatment she provides is custom tailored for each patient varying her depth of pressure and specific focus to accommodate each patients individual needs.
