While most people aim to destress and relax, often times their bodies are revealing chronic systemic dehydration, tension or pain from work, workout, day to day activities or chronic injuries. Often times clients don't know that a 20 year old injury can still cause trouble. It is not your job to know why and how someone's broken nose can hurt their toes. We hope to help you understand the how and heal.
