Growing up in London Ontario, Brandi-Lyn comes from a competitive background in Synchronized Figure Skating. Her admiration for exercise led her educational endeavours to the Fitness and Health industry as a Fitness Consultant and Personal Trainer. Inspired with new & innovated research in the industry, she has always enjoyed helping individuals reach their full potential in their health and fitness habits. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Brandi-Lyn has been creative in using a variety of techniques based on individual recommendations.
