Sarah loves what she does. After completing the program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2010, Sarah has worked in a variety of clinical settings from Naturopathic Integrated Health Centres to luxury Five Star Spas. From trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique and myofascial release, Sarah seamlessly combines her clinical reasoning and technical skills with an intuitive, holistic and relaxing approach. Her curiosity to understand the root cause of pain and dysfunction in the body keeps her practice ever-evolving.

Sarah is the best, extremely knowledgeable, knows her job very well, and always provides me with at home stretches i can do to help with my problem areas. She also makes sure the visit is still very relaxing, offering essential oils to begin with. Definitely the best massage therapist I've been to in Vancouver
