My definition of massage" The act of helping you, help yourself" My name is Brandy. I graduated in 2020 from Alberta Institute of Massage. Massage has been in my life since I was a kid. It truly opened up my eyes hearing different stories from my teachers and clients, how the treatments have changed their life. I always tell new clients to give someone at least 2-3 chances before they try someone else. You may find one therapist gives a really good therapeutic massage when you need to relieve some pain and tension, while another therapist gives you the best escape with a relaxation massage.
