Trish graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in June 2018. As a Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) mobility practitioner and, a RAPID Neurofascial Reset practitioner, Trish helps everyone from office workers to athletes to increase and optimize range of motion; reduce every day aches and pains; and minimize risk of injury. As a lifter and paddler, Trish understands the muscle tension and injuries that can accompany an active lifestyle. She enjoys working with people in all ages and stages of life, to achieve their individual movement and pain reduction goals.
