Registered in Massage therapy and Certified in BIOFLEX Laser, I am always looking to increase my range of skills. I have knowledge in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, stretching and strengthening, cupping, relaxation massage, rehabilitating an injury, reducing strain and stiffness, Prenatal/Postnatal massage, and massage for infants (and children).
