Jayne is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions including overuse injuries, sports injuries, MVC's, back/ neck pain, stress, tendinitis, arthritis, strains/sprains, headaches, acute/chronic conditions, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, TMJ disorder, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis and pregnancy. Jayne works with each patient individually to understand their needs and deliver the best massage to attain their wellness goals. She will customize each massage treatment offering, deep tissue treatments, Trigger Point Therapy, ART, Myofascial release, cupping therapy.
