Panagiotis (“Panos” for short) Apostolopoulos is a Registered Massage Therapist. Before pursuing his career as a massage therapist, Panos was working for many years as a Physiotherapy Assistant. His previous experience helps him to effectively create a home care plan that will maintain the results of the treatment. He uses a variety of techniques, tailor based at each individual’s needs. Some of them are: deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy technique, sports massage. Panos’s treats: athletes of all levels, Motor Vehicle Accident and more.
