Description
Clayton’s approach to massage therapy is multi-dimensional. He uses a combination of massage, the teaching of functional movement patterns, implementation of home care exercises, and demonstrates proper workplace ergonomics. This multifaceted approach is important in achieving a pain-free life and preventing further injuries from occurring. Clayton uses a number of different techniques in his massage practice such as Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations.
