Description
Val is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2010. Val incorporates different treatments techniques to help heal muscles and joints. Val adopts a combination of stretches, massage, hydrotherapy, active stretches and joint mobilization to help treat the client’s injuries. Val has treated many types of conditions and injuries including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Work Injuries, Sport Injuries and Chronic Pain. He applies deep tissue work for his patients with a focus on Lymphatic Massage and Swedish Massage.
