As a Certified Kinetic Massage Therapist , I have a clear overall understanding of the bodies mechanical motion. This helps everlasting change for the clients I see. I also like to implement exercises that are simple to do and easy to follow with the Egoscue Method which is a postural alignment therapy, that helps release the long tense muscle or even the short glued together muscles. In the end, your needs come first. I offer many techniques, which range from relaxation, therapeutic, postural realignment, cupping, and kinetic massage.
