Teejan strongly believes that a full recovery after any imbalance or injury is possible by using a variety of techniques. In his treatments, Teejan uses a unique combination of Swedish and advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, frictions, joint play, active release therapy, cupping and remedial exercise to treat common joint and tissue dysfunction, help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and harness the body’s natural healing abilities. Teejan is truly dedicated to helping his clients achieve a better quality of life.
