Holistic Ayurvedic treatments of ancient India for modern day dis-eases. Ayurveda (meaning "the science of life") is a holistic healing system that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. It treats mind, body and spirit as one, and strives to balance through a variety of cleansing and rejuvenating treatments, change in diet, lifestyle and overall perception with mindfulness therapies. Our Registered Massage Therapists are also trained in Lomi Lomi-Hawaiian massage treatment, offered exclusively at our wellness center in Barrie. We look forward to welcoming you!
