Description
Jakub has experienced his fair share of aches and pains over his years. He dedicates himself to understanding why people feel the pain and discomfort they do. Whether that happens to be the stiffness you feel as you get up from the couch or if it's the 'bum' knee that always seems to hurt as you walk down stairs or down a hill. There is always an explanation. Jakub believes movement is a crucial to remaining pain free as we age, the more miles we get under our feet the more we need to move to maintain the movement we are used to. That movement can be exercise, stretching, and even massage!
