Sonny is successfully trained in a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, pre/post-natal massage, and deep tissue massage. Sonny has a strong passion for helping her clients achieve their personal health goals through clinical assessments and individualized treatment planning. She has experience working with clients with neurological conditions, chronic illnesses, sports injuries, as well as everyday impairments, pain, and tension.
