Description
After years of rehabilitating her arms during her University years as a pianist, Sara-Lynn knew that helping others to prevent and treat the injuries incurred by many musicians was to be her path. Almost 20 years into this field working primarily as an RMT and Pilates instructor, Sara-Lynn rounds out her work with presenting workshops on prevention of injuries, postural retraining and movement analysis and has recently been certified in Body Spheres work.
