Description
Charisse has always had an interest in health, wellness and the human body. After graduating York University with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, she wanted to pursue a more fulfilling career where she would be able to work closely with clients while having the opportunity to educate them about the importance of health and activity. Charisse's treatment approach consists of open communication, therapeutic exercise, and an individualized treatment plan that is unique to each client. She likes incorporating trigger point therapy, neurofunctional acupuncture, cupping and FSH to her treatments
