Allison has been a massage therapist for over 13 years. She graduated from the massage therapy program at Mount Royal College in 2008 and has continued her education by studying prenatal, cupping and hot stone massage. She offers both relaxation and therapeutic massage and is dedicated to customizing the pressure and techniques used during the massage so that each client can feel their best. Allison believes that massage is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and enjoys helping people reduce stress and support their journey towards wellness.
