Description
My main priority as an RMT is to help you reach your wellness goals. I believe that in order to be successful, we need to be thorough; therefore, I incorporate an interview and assessment, a targeted treatment plan, and will give you appropriate exercises to complete at home. Alongside the traditional Swedish Massage modality, I also utilize a variety of soft tissue manipulation methods to create change within the nervous system and the soft tissues of the body. I ask that you be engaged and invested in your journey towards better health and vitality, as you know your body better than anyone.
