Description
As an RMT, Arden’s main goal is to create an inclusive safe environment for all. Receiving a massage can be a very vulnerable experience, so ensuring the patient’s comfort level is key throughout all treatments. Outside of practicing massage therapy, you’ll find Arden in a CrossFit gym, out on a hike, playing soccer, or out spending too much money on coffee (more specifically oat milk lattes).
