Description
Lindsee has a special interest in sport related injuries, rehabilitation and chronic muscle tension. She incorporates different techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, the Graston technique, and therapeutic exercise in order to provide an effective treatment. She is motivated to continue to learn and acquire new skills that she can incorporate in her practice. During her free time, she enjoys swimming, volleyball and Crossfit but her ultimate weakness is dessert and pastries!

Summary
Driftwood Athletics is a fully equipped gym and wellness clinic offering Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Kinesiology, Registered Massage Therapy and Nutrition. All of our practitioners work in a one on one environment and integrate a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue work, education, and correctional exercise. We also offer intramuscular stimulation (IMS) and treatment for concussion and vestibular symptoms. Our goal is to get our patients back to doing what they love through movement, manual therapy, education, and community.
