Description
I completed my studies at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. I graduated on the honour roll and with an award for Distinction and Recognition. In my graduating case study, I focused on relieving headaches through the use of myofascial release therapy to decrease the symptoms and tension around the upper back, neck and shoulders. In my practice, I use techniques such as Graston, Temporo-mandibular joint release, relaxing Swedish massage, myofascial release, GTO release, trigger point therapy, passive and active stretching, dynamic release therapy and patient education.
