Description
In January of 2020 she earned her registration as an RMT with the College Of Massage Therapist of Ontario and in February of 2020 she joined us here at Active Body. She is now certified in manual lymph drainage which is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. She is very excited to add this to her daily practice and helping clients along their healing journey.
