Description
Rebecca originally started with Active Body in 2010 helping clients with their administration needs. She decided to further her education in a new role as a Massage Therapist and earned her registration with the CMTO in June 2021. Rebecca values working in a therapeutic atmosphere, where massage can help make a real difference in people's range of motion, pain and stress levels. She utilizes petrissage, muscle stripping and trigger point therapy in your sessions to help your muscles relax and lengthen, releasing the pain and tension built up in your body over time.
