Description
Darren's work in massage therapy has been a mix of both general maintenance massage and focused rehabilitation in coordination with physiotherapists & chiropractors. He prefers a structural approach to care while blending deep tissue and fascial techniques to address the underlying problem with the usually relaxing nature of massage to provide relief. In addition to his work at the BNHC, he taught at Centennial College in the Massage Therapy program, teaching courses in fitness & remedial exercise and pathophysiology.
