Jennifer is fascinated by the body’s innate knowledge to heal itself and facilitates this process using techniques from Craniosacal Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, then finishes with and Myofascial Release to reduce any remaining general tension. This helps find the root of the issue before alleviating the symptoms.
