Julie believes taking care of your body is the cornerstone to living a healthy, balanced life. She has seen how Massage Therapy can benefit her clients since completing her 2200hr Massage Therapy Diploma in 2014 (Mount Royal University, Calgary). Julie uses a client centered approach in the treatment and prevention of injury. This helps her clients get back to living their lives and pursuing their passions. Julie also has experience with Lymphatic Drainage, CarnioSacral therapy, cupping, pregnancy massage and deep tissue massage and works with clients on a per case basis.
