Description
My name is Hamilcar aka ham. I graduated from Humber College North. My massage style is more relaxation and sports/rehab that includes remedial exercises and corrective exercises that promotes mobility and functionality. My overall goal for my clients is to look for the root cause of the problem, rather than temporarily treating the pain. The reason why I became a massage therapist was because growing up, I was always curious to find out ways to help people dealing with pain/injuries/stress. Now I have the knowledge & experience and can apply it in practice.
