Amy Sawatzky is a graduate from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC, and has been practicing since 2014. Her approach to massage therapy stems from an in depth understanding of the musculoskeletal system and a desire to educate clients in the cultivation of wellness. Amy uses a variety of techniques during her treatments, with a primary focus on deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release.
