Serena is a graduate of Lambton College’s Massage program with a focus on rehabilitation and prevention of injuries. Whether work, auto or sports related she is sure to help you improve your health. She has a special interest in TMJ Dysfunction and neck treatment. Her technique can be described as a mixture of therapeutic and sports massage. Most of her focus includes fascial and deep tissue techniques incorporated with therapeutic stretches to provide pain free range of motion.
