Born and raised in Ottawa, Dr. Demetri Dalekos played many different sports and developed a passion for hockey and football. Dr. Demetri had a successful football career playing fullback for Team Ontario and the University of Ottawa. His background led him to have a keen interest in treating athletes, as well as treating spinal and extremity dysfunction, and myofascial pain. Treatments include: Spinal and extremity manipulation, manual soft tissue manipulation, trigger point release, rehabilitative exercise prescription, nutritional and lifestyle counseling and more
