Description
Jason uses his unique skill set that incorporates a thorough assessment process, Functional Movement Screens, Joint mobilizations, Sports Massage, Fascial Stretch, Exercise Rehab and Strength and Conditioning to help you feel better, move better and perform better. He is a Canadian Athletic Therapist Association Merit Award winner (2016), given to Athletic Therapists for their exemplary contributions in the field.

- Jason Li is a Certified Athletic Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
- He is registered with the Canadian and Ontario Athletic Therapists Association, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
- He has worked with a number of Provincial, National and Team Canada athletes. He combines his past experience as a CIS Academic All-Canadian Swimmer and his Sports therapy experience as a Team Canada Therapist to help his clients be at their best and accomplish their goals, whatever their finish line is.

The Spot Rehab, Performance & Recovery is fully open. The Spot RPR has always taken strides to ensure the safest possible environment for everyone at our clinic.
