Description
Myles has an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Lakehead University and an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University. Prior to joining the team at Guelph Performance, Myles worked in the CFL with teams in both Edmonton and Calgary. Myles has helped active individuals—both professional and amateur athletes—in football, hockey, volleyball, and basketball. Myles’ treatment style incorporates hands-on manual therapy techniques as well as exercise prescription and movement education to help you return to your desired activities!
