Laura has a life-long interest in health and wellness, particularly alternative and complementary therapies. She graduated from Toronto SSC Acupuncture Institute with a high honours diploma and has also developed and taught courses in acupressure, cosmetic acupressure, and insomnia relief for the Toronto District School Board Continuing Education program. Acupuncture is an excellent treatment for a wide-range of conditions including pain, both chronic and acute, it is also effective at providing relief from digestive issues, menstrual issues, infertility, insomnia, stress and anxiety.
